Again the current resident of the WH displays his combative nature with an in-your-face appointment of the ex-ACORN lobbyist. Firstly because of Bhargava's ties to the disgraced organization, secondly because of Dear Leader's promise to keep lobbyists out of the WH. Soetoro just loves telling that he will do what ever he wants, irrespective of what decent, normal people might think.
