This is clearly wrong on two counts:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers...shall not be violated and no Warrants shall issue but upon probable cause..."
"In all criminal prosecutions the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, ......to be confronted with the witnesses against him; ....."
