Isn't Giving Aid To The Enemy TREASON?

Of course now we understand why Caliph Hussein skirts around the Constitution by declaring Al-Quaeda quashed and insignificant. It means that they are no longer an enemy, or at least not a noteworthy enemy, and therefore, in his or his cronies twisted interpretation, giving them aid is not treasonous.
Of course, Dear Leader feels that he does not need to give his minions any justification for this involvement in a petty civil war, where no obvious American interests are at stake, other than bragging rights. In the past any involvement in foreign altercations was supported by lengthy discussions around the reasons for such action. Today, King Barry deems us unworthy of such explanations, and he goes ahead and does what he wants, without bothering to let his bosses, We The People, why.
Examine what is going on there and you see that all that supporting the rebels does is poke a finger in the eyes of Putin and the ayatollahs in Tehran. I have heard that indirectly it also impacts China, but not in any way that actually helps this country. For sure it annoys these other parties but also shows the world that the once great America is not prepared to play World Cop as we have done so in the past. Now we play the role of the crowd egging on the sapling in the schoolyard as he tries, probably unsuccessfully, to overcome the school bully.
Of course playing the World Cop is most likely what lead to the Muslim world's "affection" for the USA, so the more we try to meddle in other peoples' business, the more likely we are to expect "gifts" of pressure cookers, suicide bombers and other tokens of their admiration for us.
