Now it seems that the elitists, Beyonce & Jay-Z, have traveled to Cuba as tourists, which is illegal under current laws. But given their frequent visits to the 1/2 WH, don't expect Holder and his Department of InJustice to take any action. Remember, if you are part of King Barry's court, part off the elite, the laws of the land do not apply to you.
