In addition to machine guns, now the Department of Agriculture is ordering body armor. I guess they realized that the Al-Cowda terrorists might shoot back.
Joking aside though, this shows that the regime is just about consolidating power in Washington and making preparations to be able to intimidate 'We The People' in all walks of life.
